REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order receipt for proof of purchase.

Once your return is received, inspected, and accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number and shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the customer receives the wrong color, size, defective item, or the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

However, we always double-check all our products and every detailed requirement specified on the customer’s order to make sure the product is consistent with the order.  

We take good care of each item during our packaging to avoid any possible damage during the shipping process.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Made to Order Items / Custom Dresses (because they are items that are specifically made for you) and personal care goods (such as beauty products) We also do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales items, gift cards, and clearance items.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Also custom items are not exchangeable because they are items that are specifically made for you.

REFUND 
No monetary refund. No cash refunds will be given. However, we offer an alternative refund which is Exchange Only, and only on orders you purchased directly from this website and not on custom-made orders due to every piece being custom-made to the customer’s specific preferences and body measurements.

CANCELATION

Due to each and every garment is custom made to the clients measurements and the materials used can not be reused after construction has begun, orders can not be cancelled after the order is placed.
